Cancellation Policy
Effective January 2024, The Detailing Company will begin to enforce our Cancellation Policy!
In 2023 The Detailing Company experienced No-Show appointents and Cancellations night before of appointments, which can very much hurt Small Businesses.
The Detailing Comapny uses your Phone Number and/or Email to send automatic Reminders about your appointment. If you choose to opt out of reminders, that is on you!
Appointments that are cancelled within 24 Hours of the scheduled appointment time will receive a 25% of total bill Cancellation Fee!
This fee will be sent via email or text!
Refusal to pay the Cancellation Fee, or failure to make an appointment more than once will result in removal from further appointment considerations!
When Weather may be a factor in your appointment scheduling, We will work with you to reschedule your appointment, with no fees.
Deposit Policy
Effective January 2024, The Detailing Company will be requiring deposits on Paint Corrections, Ceramic Coatings, or any service totaling more than $500.
The Deposit can be paid through square invoice, which is sent to you through text or email!
These Deposits are to hold your spot on services that may take longer than 1 business day. We ask for a deposit due to previous last minute Cancellations or No-Shows!
This Depoit goes directly towards your ending total, and is non-refundable!
The Deposit amount for appointments over $500, Ceramic Coatings, and Paint Corrections is 20%!
